Our makes it easy to send back your items for an exchange, refund, or store credit. We will even pay for your return shipping if you opt for a store credit refund or exchange for a new item!

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and in new condition.
Items are eligible for a refund back to the original payment method as long as the return is initiated within 45 days.
Items are eligible for exchange or store credit as long as the return is initiated within 90 days.
